StartPass, a Startup Management Support Platform, Raises ¥220 Million in Pre-Series A

On the 5th, StartPass, a provider of startup management support platforms, announced that it has raised a total of ¥220 million in its Pre-Series A round. The investor is Mobile Internet Capital. Alongside this, the company is rebranding its business to “Startup Management Planning Office StartPass” and aims to establish a new category to support startup growth preparation. StartPass offers a range of services that support recruitment, fundraising, and partnerships, centered around its all-in-one “Management Acceleration Cloud,” which can be introduced from a monthly fee of ¥10,000, and its accompanying program “Growth-Pass” that implements growth blueprints. Through its network, including the “CxO-Pass” for matching management talent, it provides a foundation that leverages collaboration with investors and experts. The company’s unique approach lies in externalizing and automating “growth preparation,” which tends to be overlooked around the PMF stage, using data and systems. It features the implementation of category definitions, growth milestones, and KPIs as a system, calculated backward from the industry’s outlook five years ahead, to accelerate growth structurally. As the Startup Management Planning Office StartPass, it offers both information organization and execution operations to support management decisions. The funds raised will be used to establish the “Startup Management Planning Office” category, strengthen products, and expand the investor and expert network, thereby accelerating the construction of Japan’s startup industry foundation. The company plans to support the creation of a management system that can be articulated with numbers, utilizing alliances with major SaaS. According to the company, it has been implemented by over 1,000 companies, with a user ratio of approximately 7% among startups conducting fundraising in Japan. via PR TIMES
