According to authorities, the two suspects — both government soldiers — were apprehended while carrying out a robbery in the Siinka Dheer area of the Garasbaley district in Mogadishu. A brief statement from the Banadir Regional Police Command said the men accused of robbing civilians will be referred to the appropriate courts for prosecution.
