According to authorities, the two suspects — both government soldiers — were apprehended while carrying out a robbery in the Siinka Dheer area of the Garasbaley district in Mogadishu. A brief statement from the Banadir Regional Police Command said the men accused of robbing civilians will be referred to the appropriate courts for prosecution. The two arrested soldiers, identified as Mustaf Nisaam Mohamed and Anas Mohamed Mumin, were reportedly wearing government police uniforms at the time of their arrest.
