The Rovers Return Inn is welcoming its new owners next week - and viewers will be surprised to see a familiar face resurface in Coronation Street as a result. Catherine Tyldesley was last seen on the ITV cobbles in 2018. But she's now reprising her role as Eva Price, hinting at potential trouble for Maria Connor ( Samia Longchambon ), her long-time arch nemesis. In Emmerdale , tensions are at an all-time high between Aaron ( Danny Miller ) and Vinny Dingle ( Bradley Johnson ). Meanwhile, village teens April Windsor ( Amelia Flanagan ) and Dylan ( Fred Kettle ) still struggle to shake dodgy Ray ( Joe Absolom ) off their backs. Elsewhere, Zoe Slater ( Michelle Ryan ) faces the music as her mother Kat ( Jessie Wallace ) reels from recent events and revelations. And there's plenty more drama in Hollyoaks , Neighbours and Home and Away . Aaron returns home and is pressured by Chas to apologise to Vinny and discuss his fight with Robert. But Vinny ignores Aaron and leaves. Furious, Kev watches Aaron on Main Street but tensions escalate when DS Carter arrives looking for Kev to question him about an attack. Later, Vinny accepts Aaron’s apology but the peace is broken by Robert and Kev’s arrival. Kev then threatens Aaron and Robert is troubled when he finds out about their confrontation. Soon, Mackenzie decides to fight Aaron’s corner. Kerry is caught by Jai arriving late to work. When she gets a call from Matty, she asks Billy to cover for her. Kerry meets with Matty at the shop with Jacob and they read the coroner’s report from the limo crash. Despite Jai’s calls, Kerry tries to cheer up a heartbroken Matty with a drinking game. But when Jai walks in, he fires her on the spot. Dylan is in a hurry to get to the depot and insists on doing a handover in the open, angering Ray. DS Carter soon spots Ray, who ditches the backpack Dylan gave him behind a wall. DS Carter then watches Ray leave, stopping him from collecting the bag. When he tries to get it back, Ray’s plan is thwarted by Ross. Eva returns to the cobbles as Ben reveals he’s bought the Rovers for her. Across the street, Maria watches on in horror. Leanne hugs Eva, pleased to have her sister back. Eva urges Leanne to fetch Toyah for a celebration but when Leanne walks into the Bistro, she finds Nick on his knee, in the midst of a proposal. Later, Eva is horrified as Ben’s mum Maggie arrives and announces she’s moving in. Cassie takes Hope to the salon for a Halloween makeover but Hope receives another nasty text. Spotting Jake laughing, she assumes he’s responsible for the texts and storms out. Later, in the cafe, Hope confronts Jake, grabbing his phone and smashing it. Todd confides in Sarah that Theo’s stressed about finances. Sarah suggests he should sell the car and give him his money back. Asha helps out with party preparations for the quads’ birthdays, but it’s clear she’s struggling. Gemma finds Asha outside and tells her about her own depression. Once alone, Asha hears Naomi’s voice in her head and relives her trauma. Meanwhile, Lisa tells Roy that Carla is due home soon and Lisa insists any feelings she once had for Becky are in the past. But when Becky purposely lets slip that she’s been staying over at No.6, Carla’s taken aback. Zoe’s revelation weighs heavy on Kat’s mind as they prepare for quiz night at The Vic, but Alfie warns Kat to stay out of it. Kat tries to talk to Zoe but she’s distracted trying to find her missing cat. Meanwhile, Vicki talks to Ian about Zoe’s son. When he sees how much it means to Sharon, Ian transfers her some money to help. Later, Kat blurts out Zoe’s secret in a packed Vic. Everybody reels from the revelation and Kat realises that Zoe’s actions are impacting her business and family. Kat gives Zoe an ultimatum but Alfie is determined to bring peace between Kat, Zoe and Jean. Later on, Zoe is on edge around Vicki and Anthony and as Halloween night is underway, she grows increasingly paranoid that someone is out to get her. Questions of the past then come to the fore as the Slaters watch a video from 1988. Suki and Eve prepare to meet adoptive parents to see if adopting would be the right fit for them. But chaos ensues when Ravi, Priya and the family return from their holiday. Feeling guilty about lying to Priya, Ravi meets with Okie who assures him that Harry and Kojo have been released. Ravi hands leadership of his dodgy business to Okie. Warren is forced into an unlikely alliance with the police. Brookside’s Billy Corkhill then arrives in the village to pick up on the fallout from recent revelations. Donny tells his family he has been a coward while Vicky tries to get her head around recent events. Misbah is looking for answers but she’s heartbroken when Donny says he plans to leave Hollyoaks village. Emotions run high at the mortuary and, later, the hospital is on high alert when an intruder walks in. Sadie reels from the news that Holly is pregnant and assumes the baby is Max’s. Will Holly tell her the truth? Nicolette prepares for her insemination day and she, Leo and Krista lean into their parental trio. But later, Krista learns a surprising secret. JJ is stoked when Felix moves into No.30 but his happiness is short-lived when he finds out Greg has left town. Elle and Paul are full steam ahead with their relaunch - but things don’t go as planned. Remi makes progress in his health and fitness journey - but he quickly comes up with his next venture. David reassures his daughters he’s not expecting to find anything incriminating by reopening the case of his wife’s death. He later makes a shocking discovery. John probes Eden with wedding planning questions and he soon decides to reclaim his role by interfering in the preparations.
