Boston’s popular outdoor winter market held annually in Seaport will return this week along with tons of seasonal festivities. Boston Seaport will transform into Snowport 2025, starting Friday, Nov. 7. The winter destination will host a variety of vendors, activities and events through Feb. 28, 2026. New additions to this year’s lineup include six food concepts, the option to dine at a cozy oyster bar and a massive new sports venue with an ice skating rink. The Snowport Holiday Market will last from Nov. 7 to Dec. 28 and feature more than 130 local businesses, a majority of which are based in New England. In addition, 88% are minority and/or female-founded. Businesses range from clothing and accessories to beauty products and home decor. New businesses this year include Citizens Crochet (handmade crochet kits for all abilities), Creation Jute USA (Fair Trade sourced baskets and home decor items) and Starboard and Co. (hand-blocked 100% linen cotton linens). In addition to these businesses, the Snowport Holiday Market will feature several new and returning experiences such as the Winter Wish Wall by Mass General Brigham Health Plan, The Warming Tent by JetBlue, The Stage by Mohegan Sun, The Crafting Corner by The LEGO Group and Presents Place. For food, visitors can choose from 19 concepts serving everything from chai and hot chocolate to pasta and pizza. New vendors this year are Lakon Paris (French pastries and plated desserts), Mood Brew (wellness coffee with adaptogens and nootropics), Nagomi Bento (Japanese bento boxes), Temperance (Neapolitan pizza) and That Fat Duck (duck fat french fries and poutine). The market will also offer several holiday-themed bars, including The Jingle Bar, The Dizzy Dreidel and The Blizzard Bar. More information about Snowport’s other key events and attractions are below: Après at The Current (Now – Feb 28) Après at The Current is returning with its ski-themed retail village for its 18th season this year. This year’s nine pop-ups are all female-owned and sell tons of gift-worthy items, from whimsical ornaments and holiday stationery to cult-favorite cupcakes and candy-stuffed caviar tins. Snowport Curling Lanes (Nov. 7 – Feb. 28) Free iceless curling with lessons from North End Curling Club on Harbor Way. Snowport Curling Lanes will be open seven days a week and hours vary by day. Island Creek Raw Bar (Nov. 7 – Dec. 31) After debuting this summer, Island Creek Raw Bar will remain open for the holiday season. The 20,000-square-foot venue, is inspired by the Island Creek’s iconic Duxbury location. In addition to offering packed caviar, tinned fish and sushi rolls, Island Creek Raw Bar will introduce seasonal bites such as Lobster Mac & Cheese, Crab Bisque and Truffle Grilled Cheese. Island Creek Raw Bar is located at 99 Autumn Lane at Harbor Way. The venue is open from 3-8 p.m. on Thursdays and from 12-8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Ballers Boston (Opening mid-November) Ballers Boston will open at 25 Pier 4 Blvd. in mid-November to coincide with Snowport’s run. The 30,000-square-foot sports venue will feature an innovative synthetic ice skating rink, fire pits, private igloos and seasonal treats, such as hot chocolate and s’mores. Snowport Tree Market (Nov. 21 – Dec. 23) Market located at 99 Autumn Lane selling Christmas trees, kissing balls, tree stands and lights. At the end of the season, the market will offer eco-friendly tree removals with goat- and pig-powered recycling. The market is Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Light Up Seaport (Dec. 5 from 5-8 p.m.) Snowport’s annual tree-lighting ceremony will feature a 52-foot-tall tree with more than 10,000 lights. The ceremony will also have musical performances and a meet-and-greet with Betty the Yeti, Snowport’s mascot. Menorah Lighting (Dec. 21 at 4:30 p.m.) Seaport will celebrate Hanukkah with a special Menorah Lighting celebration, co-hosted by Chabad of Downtown Boston, at One Seaport Courtyard. Traditional Jewish treats will be served. Seaport Holiday Stroll (Dec. 13 from 1-4 p.m.) This neighborhood-wide shopping event will highlight exclusive promotions and surprise giveaways from select stores, as well as live music and a photo booth near Boston’s biggest tree. There will also be photo opportunities with Betty the Yeti. New Year’s Eve Ice Sculpture Stroll (Dec. 31) Seaport will again participate in the Boston Harbor Now New Year’s Eve Ice Sculpture Stroll. The stroll will feature several large-scale ice sculptures, giveaways, music and photo opportunities with Betty the Yeti. Snowport visitors will once again be able to reserve a timed entry into the holiday market on the weekends whenever someone buys a ticket through the Seaport Insider app. A portion of ticket proceeds will once again support Boston XChange, a non-profit organization geared toward supporting and empowering underinvested creators by giving them access to capital and programming. Visitors can also get into Snowport for free any day of the week through the general admission line. Hours of operation are 3-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Extended peak hours will start after Dec. 8, with the market being open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
