Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Tamworth, Sydenham and South Frontenac, with 10 to 20 centimetres of snow expected on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025. The federal weather agency says snow will begin Sunday morning and continue into the night as a low-pressure system moves across southern Ontario. Areas near the St. Lawrence River could see snow mixed with ice pellets or freezing rain Sunday evening, which may reduce total snowfall amounts. Environment Canada is warning motorists to expect difficult winter driving conditions, reduced visibility at times and possible transportation delays.
