“Police and city services are more responsive and more in touch with the community. Example: When I was a kid, I was at a public park with my class, and we saw two guys graffiti all over the interior of the public bathroom with spray paint. 10 minutes later, the police were there taking statements. The next day, the graffiti was gone. I have other examples. Unsurprisingly, crime there was/is really low.”
