Worth trying are the Bao Duck with duck, mango and hoisin sauce, the Snow omelette with egg whites, courgettes, anari cheese and tomatoes in Commandaria sauce, and the Sin Burger SHSH! with black Angus beef patties, bacon jam, pickled cucumber and sweet potato.
