Wide receiver A.J. Brown has generated headlines with comments and social media posts about his alleged frustrations with his role in the Philadelphia Eagles' offense. Brown most recently did so on Tuesday during a stream with social media personality JankyRondo. On Wednesday, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni indicated he has grown tired of having to address whether or not Brown is content in Philadelphia. Does Nick Sirianni view constant A.J. Brown situation as a distraction? "I don’t think so," Sirianni responded when asked on Wednesday if Brown's latest comments are a distraction for the Eagles, per Johnny McGonigal of PennLive. "You can only go from your interactions with everybody and the way they go about their work on a daily basis that you guys aren’t able to see. But no, it’s business as usual." Brown tallied just two receptions on three targets for 13 yards during Philadelphia's 10-7 win over the Green Bay Packers on Monday. The following night, Brown said he's "struggling" while dealing with a "s--- show." He also advised fantasy football owners to "get rid" of him. "There are a lot of plays in that game that are going to him that, for different reasons, don’t," Sirianni said about Brown's involvement against the Packers. "For instance, (DeVonta Smith’s) touchdown. That play is going to A.J. They took it away, and (quarterback Jalen Hurts) threw it over the top. You can’t just look at stats. You can’t paint the picture that way. That’s sometimes all the information you guys may have. But you can’t look at it that way and say that’s how the game is playing out." Ahead of the Nov. 4 trade deadline, Brown shared that "it’s frustrating at times" when he doesn't get opportunities "to contribute." In his first eight games this season, Brown accumulated 31 receptions for 408 yards and three touchdowns. Nick Sirianni sounds sick of answering A.J. Brown questions As Martin Frank noted for the Delaware News Journal, one reporter pointed out that Brown's latest comments suggest things aren’t "business as usual" for the Eagles heading into Week 11. "Guys, I’m close to being done answering these questions with this," Sirianni fired back. "He’s working hard, and he is a big part of this game plan, and he’ll be a big part of the game plan moving forward. He’s working like crazy when he’s here, and we’re excited to have him." The 7-2 Eagles should want Brown happy for their "Sunday Night Football" home game against the Detroit Lions (6-3). That said, it's growing increasingly likely that he and the Eagles will part ways during the offseason.
