In a TikTok clip, she explained: "This is the breakfast I ate every single day to help me go from 71kg to 64kg. It takes literally five minutes and has 42 grams of protein. "Having a high protein breakfast is such a game changer for me, keeping me satisfied throughout the entire day, which means I'm not snacking between meals." "When you're getting 40 to 60 grams of protein into your breakfast, you're more likely to hit your protein goal earlier in the day." Revealing the components of her nutritious breakfast, she states all you require is two Weetabix, 150ml of semi-skimmed or full fat milk, 150g of 0% fat yoghurt, and approximately 30g of vanilla protein. Additionally, she incorporates roughly 60g of raspberries or strawberries and 15g of melted Nutella.
