Sickening moment Golden Retriever is tied up and kicked in mouth

CCTV footage has captured the moment a dog is tied up and kicked by a cruel thug. The footage showed the Golden Retriever booted in the mouth outside a row of shops in broad daylight last month (August 14). After being bound and attacked, t he defenceless animal is then dragged down concrete steps. It happened in St Helens, Merseyside. The RSPCA is now appealing for information to track the man down, as reported by Need to Know. The man is described as slim, between 5 ft 3 and 5 ft 7, and wearing a black sports cap, black shorts and a jacket.
