Shreyas Iyer's injury has proved to be a serious case as the star batter has been admitted to a hospital in Sydney instead of flying back to India with other players following the end of the three-match ODI series between India and Australia. A report by news agency Press Trust of India (PTI) has revealed that Test revealed that Shreyas has internal bleeding.
