A shooting incident occurred at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Saturday night (September 20, 2025), where multiple people were shot, according to the city’s police department, prompting a massive police response. In a post on X, Nashua police have confirmed that there was only one shooter and they are currently being detained. “Video surveillance has confirmed there was only one shooter and they are currently being detained. The scene is still an active investigation but there is no further danger to the public,” police said.— NashuaPolice (@NashuaPolice) The incident took place at around 8 PM on Mountain Laurels Drive. Following the initial investigation, the police department had said that two armed suspects fled the scene. One has been captured, and the other remains at large and is a threat to the public. According to Sky Meadow County Club’s website, it is a private club serving as a venue for a variety of events, such as weddings, besides being a golf course. At least one person has critical injuries, CBS News reported, citing WBZ-TV I-Team sources.According to CBS News sources, New Hampshire State Police have requested the presence of Massachusetts State Police at the border.
