WWE has officially confirmed the date and location for John Cena’s final professional wrestling match. The company also revealed the ticket prices for the historic event, which reflect the significance of the occasion.
Cena’s retirement match will take place on Saturday, December 13, at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. The event will be a special edition of “Saturday Night’s Main Event.”
John Cena’s “Unforgettable Send-Off”
In a press release, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque commented on Cena’s legacy. He promised an event worthy of the 17-time world champion’s career.
“John’s contributions to WWE are immeasurable. There are no words that can truly relay how much he means to this business,” Levesque said. “Together with our partners at Events DC and Capital One Arena, we look forward to honoring his legacy and delivering an unforgettable send-off for both John and the WWE Universe.”
Fans will have their chance to purchase tickets for the final match starting on October 17. Prices for the event indicate a high level of demand.

Ticket Prices for a Historic Night
Premium seating for Cena’s last match comes with a significant price tag. First-row ringside seats are listed at $11,500 per ticket.
Other ringside area seats are also priced at a premium. Second-row seats on the ramp side are listed for $9,500, while fifth-row seats in the same section are priced at $6,500. Standard seating for the event will range from $250 to $3,000.
Before his final match, Cena has several other dates on his farewell tour. His next major match is on October 11 at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia, where he will face his long-time rival, AJ Styles.
Cena is also scheduled for Raw appearances on November 10 in Boston and the following week in Madison Square Garden. He will also be a part of the Survivor Series event on November 29 in San Diego.
