HCL Technologies founder Shiv Nadar, along with his family, has topped the EdelGive Hurun India Philanthropy List 2025, donating a remarkable ₹2,708 crore in the past year. The 80-year-old billionaire gave ₹7.4 crore per day, earning the title of ‘India’s Most Generous’ for the fourth consecutive year. Over the past five years, Nadar has contributed a total of ₹10,122 crore, with the majority of his donations directed towards education.
