Bastian Hospitality, a premium food and beverage (F&B) group co-founded by Shilpa Shetty, is entering Gujarat with a flagship dining and lifestyle destination at Central Park in GIFT City. The upcoming venue, Bastian Republic, will operate a food zone spanning 1 lakh square feet at Central Park. Bastian Republic will operate the food zone, developed as part of phase 1 of Central Park, along with public plazas, event areas, jogging and cycling tracks, and vibrant social spaces. Sanjay Kaul, Managing Director & Group CEO, GIFT City, stated in an official release, “The entry of Bastian into GIFT City marks a significant addition to our expanding social ecosystem. Bastian’s presence will bring a new dimension to the city’s lifestyle experience, benefiting professionals, residents, and visitors alike. With this development, the social infrastructure in GIFT City has expanded, now comprising international universities, a five-star hotel, GIFT City Club, and metro connectivity to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
