HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
Shillong Teer is conducted in two rounds, each lasting around two minutes. In the first round, skilled archers shoot 30 arrows, followed by 20 arrows in the second round. Players place their bets by selecting a number between 0 and 99, trying to predict the exact count of arrows that will hit the target.
Tickets are available at licensed counters in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50. The winnings depend on the bet amount and the accuracy of the prediction.
For instance, a correct guess in the first round with a Rs 1 ticket can fetch Rs 80, while the same in the second round brings Rs 60. If a player predicts both rounds accurately, they can win as much as Rs 4,000 with just a Rs 1 ticket.
Apart from Shillong Teer, other well-known variations include Juwai Teer, Khanapara Teer, Ladrymbai Teer, and Night Teer.
