HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
Shillong Teer is played in two quick rounds, each lasting about two minutes. In the first round, skilled archers shoot 30 arrows at the target, while the second round features 20 arrows.
Participants place their bets by selecting a number between 0 and 99, predicting the total number of arrows that will hit the target. Tickets are sold at authorised counters in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50.
Winnings depend on both the ticket value and the accuracy of the prediction. For instance, a Rs 1 ticket with a correct guess in the first round earns Rs 80, while the same in the second round returns Rs 60. Players who correctly predict the results of both rounds can win as much as Rs 4,000 with a Rs 1 ticket.
