Seven dream homes for sale in Cuyahoga County on Lake Erie

CLEVELAND, Ohio – For many Northeast Ohioans, living on Lake Erie is the ultimate dream — waking up to water views and sunsets that never get old. But that dream comes with limited options, not to mention steep prices.
Lakefront listings in Cuyahoga County are few and far between, and when they hit the market, they often carry seven-figure price tags. From Bay Village to Cleveland’s East Side, these properties offer rare access to the lake and a lifestyle that’s hard to match.
The listings don’t come cheap. Across the seven properties, the average asking price is about $2.58 million, with homes averaging roughly 5,743 square feet and sitting on lots of about 0.74 acres.
The priciest home on the market is in Lakewood at $3.9 million. It’s also the largest. Cleveland’s lone listing is the most affordable at $674,200.
