The listings don’t come cheap. Across the seven properties, the average asking price is about $2.58 million, with homes averaging roughly 5,743 square feet and sitting on lots of about 0.74 acres.
The priciest home on the market is in Lakewood at $3.9 million. It’s also the largest. Cleveland’s lone listing is the most affordable at $674,200.
