Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific, India’s largest senior living operator, has forayed into Telangana through a strategic partnership with Hyderabad-based Prathima Group to develop two senior living projects in the city. The collaboration, representing a combined investment of ₹400 crore, marks Serene Communities’ formal foray into Hyderabad’s senior housing market.The first project under this partnership, Serene BILVANI One, has received RERA approval and is being launched in Shankarpally — one of Hyderabad’s emerging low-density residential corridors. Developed by Sri Bilvani Homes LLP under license from Prathima Group and designed by Clark Lloyd Architects, the project will comprise 265 residences in 2- and 3-BHK configurations ranging from 1,025 to 1,700 sq. ft., priced from ₹60 lakh onwards.The RERA-approved project (TS RERA No. P02400007448) is designed with senior-friendly features and accessibility in mind.
