Selling Sunset has returned to Netflix with plenty of drama swirling around Emma Hernan and her boyfriend Blake Davis. Emma introduced Blake to her pals Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani, though Chrishell harboured doubts about him. Blake also comes from a property background, as the estate agent from Atlanta operates within his family's firm, Davis Development. Emma confessed she fancied how Blake was so family-focused and revealed his father was also involved in creating microwave popcorn. Blake popped the question to Emma during the series, though Emma called time on their romance until recently, reports the Mirror . Whilst Emma is 33 years old, Blake recently marked his 28th birthday, creating an age difference of five years. The couple split during filming for the ninth series, which occurred at the beginning of 2025. Nevertheless, in October, Blake shared snaps of himself and Emma from their getaway on Instagram. She also responded 'Love You babe' in the comments section. After the jaunt to the Providenciales, Turks And Caicos Islands, they were snapped with their arms wrapped around each other, appearing blissful. Emma replied: "Turks with bae" followed by a love heart emoji, hinting they remain smitten. Blake isn't solely focused on property ventures, as the Blake Davis Properties website reveals his "other investment strategy emphasizes acquiring raw land for long-term holding, capitalizing on appreciating real estate markets, hard money lending, and other strategic joint ventures from a large array of fields to build generational wealth for his future family". Emma has described him as a "real estate heir" whilst The Cinemaholic has estimated his wealth to be approximately $5 billion.
