Selling Sunset fans have admitted they are "done" after one star confirmed their immediate exit . It was previously reported that Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause confirmed she will not be returning to the hit Netflix show after yet another explosive season. As season nine dropped on the streaming giant last month, the 44-year-old found herself at the centre of brutal and fiery arguments . Just days after the new reality series aired, Chrishell confirmed her exit from Selling Sunset in an exclusive interview with Bustle , where she said: "I have to be honest — having come from nothing, it’s really hard to turn something like this down." However, with the series having a negative impact on her mental health, the star confirmed the move was the best decision for her. She added, "I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health." Following the news, fans instantly took to social media to share their disappointment, with some saying they would no longer watch the show. One person wrote on Instagram : "Honestly, good for her. But her leaving is one more reason to stop watching." Another said, "I'm so proud of you protecting yourself, Chrishell. You were the moral compass of the show, and you deserved to be treated, protected, & edited better. They did this to themselves. I wish you nothing but continued success." A third added: "The show was literally her storyline, and it will flop afterwards." Over on Reddit , one fan said: "Should cancel the show altogether. I don’t see Chelsea sticking around without Chrishell. The show’s gonna suck more than it already does." Another commented, "That show is going to crash and burn without her." A third penned: "Welp, that’s me done with the show… esp if Chelsea definitely isn’t in it too - shows dead it should just end." A fourth simply said it would not be the same, adding: "Done with it." On the show, fans will remember Chrishell made her feelings known towards Emma's boyfriend, Blake Davis. Most of the feud appeared to have occurred off camera, but season 9 shed some light on what happened, with the centre of conflict being around Emma and Blake's on-and-off relationship. During an explosive reunion, Chrishell's comments on social media about Blake were called out by other cast members, prompting many to leave the set. Netflix has yet to confirm if the show will return for a tenth season. Selling Sunset is streaming now on Netflix
