Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is all set to get a raise that a lot of people will envy this appraisal season. As per the proxy, Nadella's complete compensation for 2025 has sky rocketed by 22 per cent, from 79.1 million to $96.5 million. The CEO also received more than $9.5 million in cash incentives. However, the base salary of Nadella remains the same which is a very minute share in the total. And his pay package is heavily performance linked and Microsoft's stock are up by 23 percent this year. In the past three years, Microsoft shares have crossed double its value making, the position of the company tight in the market as a strong player.
