The entertainment industry is deeply mourning after the loss of a legend who has behind an emptiness words can barely describe. Veteran actor Satish Shah renowned for his unforgettable roles in both television and cinema passed away on October 25 2025 at the age of 74. Known for his quick wit impeccable comic timing and warmth the actor touched many lives with his iconic roles. He had undergone a kidney transplant a few months ago to stay fit and care for his wife Madhu who is battling Alzheimer’s. His caption read: “Celebrating the life of #satishshah was the intention to give him the befitting tribute from family & friends. His favourite songs chosen over the usual bhajans keeping his preference in mind were sung. This song was also to convey what Madhu Bhabhi’s last words of the song are. Hum sang hai…” The news of Satish Shahs death was first announced by his manager Ramesh Kadatala who said “It was around lunchtime around 2 pm. He was eating lunch and collapsed after having one bite. The ambulance arrived after half an hour and we took him to the hospital where he was declared dead.” An Emotional Goodbye Mourning his demise JD Majethia said “This is a big loss. He was a very knowledgeable person. I spoke to him the day before yesterday. He was absolutely fit but we couldn’t meet him that day as he said he was very tired and wanted to sleep.” Satish Shah’s prayer meet showcased the number of lives he touched with his warmth and work. While the star has left for the heavenly adobe he will always stay alive in our thoughts and memory through his iconic work.
