Actor Sanjay Mishra has bought a sea-view apartment in Mumbai’s Madh Island for Rs 4.75 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, Mishra’s apartment is located on the 15th floor of the Raheja Exotica Cyprus building at Madh Island. It has 1,701 sq ft of RERA carpet area and an additional 201 sq ft of deck area. This means that the apartment has a total RERA carpet area of over 1,900 sq ft.
The documents also reveal that Mishra paid a stamp duty of Rs 28.50 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000 while buying this luxurious apartment. The transaction was registered on July 11, 2025. More details are awaited.
With his new purchase, Sanjay Mishra is now the neighbour of playback singer Jubin Nautiyal. The latter also purchased a four-bedroom apartment on the 34th floor of the same building for Rs 4.94 crore in December 2024.
Several other Bollywood celebrities, including Vikrant Massey, Archana Puran Singh and Pankaj Tripathi, also own properties in Madh Island. Kartik Aaryan, Ronit Roy, Vivek Agnihotri and Ayushmann Khurrana also have properties nearby in the Versova area.

It hit theatres on September 12, 2025.
