Woot is now offering the black model Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic down at $319.99 with free shipping for Prime members (a $6 delivery fee will apply otherwise). Regularly $500, this is $180 off the list price and the lowest price we can find. The first image you’ll see when you land on Woot is the white model, but today’s deal specifically states that it’s the black. This model is currently fetching the full $500 straight from Samsung and is currently sitting down at $480 via Amazon where it has never dropped below $450, Prime Day included. While we could see this thing with some deep deals for Black Friday next month, it’s hard to imagine it dropping down this low at the major detailers considering it has yet to crack the $400 mark as of yet. It could happen, but it feels unlikely at this point. Look, we understand that this year’s Classic Galaxy Watch isn’t exactly the most popular option – even some 9to5 staffers who tested one out weren’t super stoked with the look. However, much of the hate here seems to stem, at least to some degree, from the much higher $500 asking price here, but at $320 it’s now less pricey than the standard Galaxy Watch 8. While I can appreciate the semi-cushion style case, and super clean look of the standard model, I still happen to think the mid-size 46mm vibe and the notched bezel is among the nicer looking smartwatches of the current-generation – it’s not for everybody but I can appreciate the more traditional diver look here.
