Sami Sheen gave her fans a “tattoo tour” before revealing she plans to remove each and every one of them. “I’m removing every single tattoo on my body,” she told followers in a TikTok video on Tuesday. “The reason I’ve never done a tattoo tour is because I’m severely insecure about all of my tattoos,” she continued. “I got all of them before any part of my brain was developed. I started getting tattoos when I was 16 years old, so you can only imagine what is on my body.” The 21-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards — who wore an olive green T-shirt while addressing fans from her living room — gave a rundown of her tattoos “in order.” “This is the very very first tattoo I got,” Sami said while showing off a left arm tattoo of a butterfly knocking down dominoes. “It’s the butterfly effect.” The OnlyFans model revealed that she found the design on Pinterest, adding that it “just is not what I wanted at all.” Next, Sami highlighted a right upper arm tattoo of a small bear carrying a flower. “All my tattoos from when I was 16 until I was 18 were very thick,” she said, adding that she doesn’t “know why the lines are so thick.” The model then revealed that she got her “least favorite” ink when she was 17. “It’s this cherub smoking a joint and holding a really crooked wine glass,” she explained, adding, “Don’t even ask, OK?” Sami described the cherub as “the worst tattoo that I have” and divulged that she “purposefully wear[s] baggy shirts” to cover it. She then lifted her right sleeve to reveal a small cow head. “Next, I got this cute little cow. I actually do like this, he has a heart on his forehead,” she shared as she pointed out the details. Sami shared that she got the cow tattoo because she “love[s] animals so much.” She also showed fans a quote on her upper arm reading, “We accept the love we think we deserve,” joking that it was unreadable and pointing out that it was done by her cousin. Sami then showed off a small rose on her right wrist, an 11:11 tattoo, and a ladybug tattoo, all of which she attributed to a cousin who she said was “practicing tattooing” on her. “And I was a stupid teenager that wanted tattoos, didn’t care,” she joked. After her 18th birthday, Sami said she could “finally go to a shop” for her tattoos. “This tattoo was the first tattoo I got, the day after I turned 18,” she said as she turned away to show off fairy wing tattoos between her shoulder blades. “I wanted to die,” she said, adding, “It was so painful.” Sami shared that she may not remove the wings because “that will be the most painful thing in the world to remove. But everything else has to go,” she said. Next, Sami — who joined OnlyFans in 2022 — showcased two delicately sketched fairies on her arms. “I love these so much,” she said of the fairies, noting that she’s still “going back and forth” on whether to remove them. She also showed off a simple bow above the fairies. “I don’t know why I got this,” she said. “I don’t like it.” Sami next highlighted a horseshoe — a matching tattoo with someone she’s “no longer friends with anymore” — and a small cowboy boot. Another arm tattoo — a quote by “Bad Guy” songstress Billie Eilish — read “Not my responsibility.” She also shared a rainbow tattoo that she got at her first pride parade and a disco ball symbolizing her love for music, both on her arm. “And this little Chrome Hearts cross — I don’t want to talk about it,” she said of a gothic-style cross tattoo. Finally, an ankle tattoo commemorated her childhood dog of 16 years, Sugar. “I got this tattoo by my foot because he always slept at the foot of my bed,” she shared. “I am so excited to see all of these tattoos leave my body, but it is going to take probably two years so I’m dreading it,” Sami concluded the video. Last month, Sami shared all her plastic surgery procedures, which included fillers, a nose job and breast augmentation. In June, the model revealed her decision to remove her breast implants amid health issues. “i’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that i have breast implant illness,” she captioned a selfie at the time. “idk how i haven’t figured this out sooner but i’m so happy i finally have an answer,” she added. “i’m hoping to get them removed asap so i can start feeling better.”
