Sami Sheen is keeping it SO real for her fans! On Sunday, a follower gushed about the 21-year-old under one of her TikTok videos, saying she’s “so jealous of you!!” The user also joked, “God has favorites.” But what was obviously meant to be a sweet compliment has turned into a surprisinly relatable reality check! Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen‘s daughter recorded a candid new video in response, admitting comments like that make her feel “so guilty”! Why? Because, as she reminded everyone, she’s not just blessed with some perfect features or anything — she’s “gotten so much work done”! The model ran through her list, pointing out she’s gotten a boob job, a nose job, veneers, lip filler, and “fake” hair thanks to hair extensions. Her work is something she’s been honest about before, but she went further here. She revealed she also has a lot of “internal” challenges that nobody realizes: “And — not with the physical appearance, but like internally — I have so many issues. First of all, I have hernias, so I literally can barely walk right now. I need to get surgery to get them fixed. That’s why I can’t really go out anymore, because it’s just so painful being on my feet and heels.” Oh, no! The OnlyFans star added that part of her “everyday” struggle includes “mental health issues,” such as her challenges with OCD, adding: “I have so many phobias and fears. I am a ball of anxiety.” Sami added that she doesn’t have “that many friends” and considers herself a “homebody.” That said, she certainly wasn’t trying to downplay how privileged she is, noting she’s lucky to be able to afford getting all beauty treatments her heart desires and living in LA, but her life still isn’t “perfect.” All of that to say… not everything is what it seems on the internet! The influencer reminded her followers: “Social media is fake, and you should never compare yourself. You never really know what’s real or what’s fake, and you never really know what anyone’s going through.” On why it was so important to her to be this real with her fans, she expressed: “I just hate the idea that there could be a young girl out there comparing herself to me, thinking this is all natural and I’m all perfect and I live this perfect life.
