On 06 November 2025, Rwanda High Commissioner, Col (Rtd) Donat Ndamage, presented his letter of credence to His Majesty King Mswati III of Eswatini, at His Royal Palace – Lozita. Both the King and the High Commissioner reiterated potential opportunities in both countries that can be exploited for mutual benefit. Rwanda and Eswatini enjoy bilateral relations in various areas, including ICT and tourism. The relations will enhance and deepen the cooperation given the political will of both countries. His Majesty called on the business community from Rwanda to invest in the Kingdom. Later in the evening, the High Commissioner had a get-together of about 80 RCA members in Eswatini at the George Hotel in Manzini. The High Commissioner briefed them on the relationship between the two countries and mobilized those who still have refugee status to visit Rwanda and see for themselves, come and tell.
