MIDLAND, MI – The Midland Mall will transform into a medieval marketplace when it hosts its Renaissance Festival Oct. 17 and 18.
The two-day event will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days, offering visitors what organizers describe as “royal fun, unique vendors, delicious feasts, live entertainment, and family-friendly adventures.”
Attendees are encouraged to dress in period costumes, with organizers welcoming knights, princesses and villagers to participate in the themed weekend.
The festival promises to give visitors an opportunity to “step back in time” through its combination of entertainment options and vendor offerings at the mall location.
Event organizers have positioned the festival as a family-oriented celebration designed to provide a “magical weekend” experience for participants of all ages.
The announcement indicates this marks the debut of the Renaissance Festival at the Midland Mall, with organizers encouraging community members to mark their calendars for the October event.
