The Public Works Department (PWD) will beautify 41 major roundabouts in the city, showcasing the art and culture of various States and Union Territories. “Delhi is the national capital. Every corner of this city should tell the story of India’s unity in diversity, its culture, and its courage,” said PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh on Thursday. The roundabouts will showcase the country’s cultural, architectural, and historical richness, he said. Mr. Singh said that through the initiative, the PWD will transform roundabouts into symbols of pride, celebrating every State and tradition, and the spirit of the Armed Forces that keeps the nation strong and united.
