OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich – A Rochester Hills student got into a Jeep after school on Friday and hasn’t been seen since, according to police. Jeanella Arlene Nicholas, 17, of Rochester Hills, is in her senior year the Alternative Center for Education, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. Nicholas was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, getting off the school bus. But she didn’t return home, police said. Investigators believe Nicholas got into an older model Jeep Cherokee with an unknown person. Her father reported her disappearance Friday night, and on Monday, deputies asked for the public’s help in the search. Nicholas is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt. Investigators believe Nichols could be on the west side of Michigan.
