Ride1Up's latest sale drops the Prodigy V2 9-speed mid-drive e-bike to a new $1,895 annual low (Reg. $2,495), more from $995

Ride1Up currently has an End of Summer Sale running and taking up to $600 off a selection of e-bikes, with increased savings on the Prodigy V2 Brose Mid-Drive 9-Speed e-bike for $1,895 shipped, while the Prodigy V2 belt-drive e-bike is back down at $2,595 shipped, as it’s been throughout most of the brand’s recent events. Normally, the chain-drive model goes for $2,495 in full, while the belt-drive counterpart sits higher at $2,795. We’ve seen discounts over 2025 take these rates as low as $1,995 and $2,595. While the belt-drive model is taking another lap around at the usual annual low, savings have increased on the chain-drive model to $600, landing it at the best price we have tracked all year. Head below for more on these models and the other e-bikes seeing discounts.
Mid-drive e-bikes don’t often fall so low in price, with many sitting at $2,500+ rates usually, but Ride1Up’s Prodigy V2 chain-drive e-bike falls below that trend while still retaining premium features. Both variants of this e-bike come with German-made 250W Brose TF Sprinter mid-drive motors that peak at 950W, complete with torque sensors for more immediate PAS activation. They come powered by a 504Wh battery providing you with up to 30 to 50 miles of pedal-assisted travel (depending on which level you set), hitting top speeds of 20 or 28 MPH, depending on your state’s laws.
As I mentioned, a premium e-bike means premium features, like Tektro HD-M745 180mm hydraulic disc brakes, Maxxis Rekon Race tires with fenders, an 80 lux headlight, a Commuter Glow 6V taillight, 100mm air fork suspension, a rear cargo rack, a Brose 1.5-inch color display, and more. Another notable feature is its 58-pound weight, which may not come in lighter than several competitors, but still makes it far more manageable than typical models that weight in at 70+ pounds.
