After a 31-0 shutout win against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, is back for a win off the field with his heartwarming annual gesture. The QB and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, are back in their sixth year of 15 and the Mahomies Gala this season. The event successfully raised $1,508,000 in funds. And to make the event more special, the fund was immediately donated to more than 20 charities. “$1,508 000 raised and immediately granted to 20+ charities on stage tonight,” the caption read. The official Instagram page shared a clip of all the representatives posing with the couple. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and his wife Tammy were also in attendance at the gala held at the Kay Barnes Grand Ballroom inside the Kansas City Convention Center. It was meant to help local communities and kids. And the number 15 stands for his jersey number for the Chiefs. The foundation backs a wide range of charitable initiatives and partners with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, Children’s Mercy, and Lead to Read, all working toward creating meaningful, long-term impact for young people. One of the many reasons Patrick Mahomes is so beloved, both in Kansas City and across the league, is his commitment to giving back. That generosity was on full display Monday, October 20, drawing widespread praise across social media. Fans flooded timelines with admiration, celebrating Mahomes not just for his brilliance on the field, but for his big-hearted impact off it.
