    Reset 50 Plus 9s deferred

    THE Reset 50 Plus 9s has been deferred due to the venue at the Sir Hubert Murray Stadium at Konedobu being unavailable this week.

    NCD Suburban Sports Foundation chairman Billy Aki apologised to all the teams and their supporters for the late notice.

    Aki said: “It is unfortunate, but we have to delay the tournament.

    “Arrangements are still in place and we should be able firm up the venue again when we have our group meeting for all team representatives next Tuesday at the Kone Tigers oval at 12 midday.

    “By then we should be able to confirm venue and over how many days,” Aki added.

    He said there are still 64 teams in place.
