ABUJA – In a bold move to address Nigeria’s chronic housing deficit, Real Forte Estate Limited has unveiled Nova City, a pioneering self-sustaining residential community in Apo Tafyi, Abuja.

The 10% initiative stands out in a market where down payments typically range from 30-50%, often excluding average earners. By requiring only a 10% deposit, Real Forte aims to democratize homeownership.
“Homeownership should be a right for every Nigerian, not a privilege for the few,” Folarin emphasized. “Our model opens doors that have been traditionally locked by prohibitive upfront costs.”
Folarin, with over a decade in real estate, holds degrees from Bingham University and the London School of Business and Finance, plus specialized training from the International Career Institute (UK).
