    Next, the actress will reprise her role as Ayesha in De De Pyaar De 2. The actress reunites with Ajay Devgn (who portrays Ashish Mehra), with R Madhavan joining the sequel as her father. Made under the direction of Anshul Sharma and backed by Luv Ranjan, the upcoming film is among the most anticipated rom-coms in the pipeline. But that’s not all. Fans will also see Rakul in Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological magnum opus Ramayana. She will portray the major role of Surpanakha, the sister of Ravana, in the big-budget film also starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Ravie Dubey in pivotal roles.
