Raja Jackson Finally Arrested, Charged Over Syko Stu Beatdown Despite Rampage’s Desperate Attempts to Redeem Reputation
Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, is finally facing the consequences of his actions. On August 23, 2025, during a KnokX Pro Wrestling event in Sun Valley, Los Angeles, Raja brutally assaulted professional wrestler Stuart ‘Syko Stu’ Smith.
What started as a scripted wrestling spot quickly spiraled out of control when Jackson slammed Smith to the mat and unleashed more than 20 unanswered punches to his head while he was unconscious. The attack left Smith with a severe head injury, broken teeth, and additional trauma. The violent incident, captured on a Kick.com live stream, immediately drew the LAPD’s attention and sparked an investigation into possible assault charges.
Smith was hospitalized but later discharged to continue his recovery at home. Now, TMZ Sports reports that Raja Jackson was arrested on Thursday in connection with the attack. He was taken into custody early in the morning, booked on felony charges, and is currently being held on $50,000 bond.
This development follows Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson’s own public comments, where he told Ariel Helwani that his son should face accountability. “I think that he should do a little time, do a little community service,” Rampage said previously. He also wanted his son to take up some anger management classes. Since then, Rampage Jackson has been trying to repair his image.
He has partnered with Smile Back Foundation, a public charity that provides life-changing medical care, to help people who lack the funds to do it themselves.
This is a developing story—stay tuned for updates.
