Last night was a star-studded affair in Mumbai at the Ba***ds of Bollywood screening. Many celebrities were in attendance to celebrate Aryan Khan’s directorial debut. Both the Ambani bahus – Shloka Ambani and Radhika Merchant – were also spotted at the event as they dazzled the red carpet with their glamorous looks. It is a fact that Radhika and Shloka never miss the mark when it comes to fashion statements. While Radhika turned heads in a sultry crimson gown from Maria Lucia Hohan, Shloka exuded poise in a dreamy creation by Giambattista Valli Paris. Both the looks, being drastically different in mood and silhouette, highlighted their unique approach on how they perceive fashion. She paired it with a matching Hermes Kelly Bag and Dolce and Gabbana gold knotted metallic sandals. Her off-shoulder statement gown featured tulle fabric with a side slit and a draping accent. For makeup, she picked a soft and luminous look. Her sleek and side-parted waves framed her face beautifully. Shloka Ambani’s Ba***ds Of Bollywood Screening LookShloka, on the other hand, wore a Giambattista Valli Paris bow detail lace gown. This featured a midi corset which was covered in shimmering black floral embroidery. It also had bow straps and was fitted at the waist. She paired her dress with a butterfly-inspired Judith Leiber clutch bag, black Dior slingback pumps and a matching Richard Mille watch. She did a half-open hairdo featuring soft waves. For makeup, she kept it simple and sweet. Meanwhile, their mother-in-law, Nita Ambani wore a very dreamy jade green lamé saree by designer Manish Malhotra. She paired her saree with a delicate Chantilly lace blouse which featured Swarovski crystals. According to Malhotra, she completed the look with a necklace which was “an exquisite floral composition of rare ParaÃba [tourmalines] and heart-shaped diamonds, mounted in sculptural turquoise titanium.”
