Vladimir Putin could not keep still as he spoke to media in bizarre media appearance. It comes as he continues to hit out at Western leaders for sanctioning Russia as it continues its war in Ukraine. Speaking to the press in a media address on Thursday (October 23), Vlad began to criticise US President Donald Trump as he entertained the idea of sending Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv. But while he was talking, many journalists noticed how unsteady the president was on his feet. The incident raises more questions about Vlad's health as he begins to feel the force of ageing. The Kremlin has not publicly commented on the mishap as the world's media turns its attention to the leader's health. This is not the first time that Putin's health issues have come up for debate the public sphere. Back in August, during his historic summit with Trump , his shaky legs also caused a stir and sparked a slew of conspiracy theories about his health condition. Things were made even worse for the world leader when he mysteriously disappeared for 10 days during April, leading many to believe that Putin had taken a turn for the worse, according to Metro . As well as this, conspiracies remain rife for the president, who is believed to have four doctors on standby throughout the course of the day. During his address to the press, Putin hit out at American leader Trump for allowing even the suggestion of Tomahawk missiles to be given to Kyiv to use in the war . He described the feeling of Ukraine having potentially secured long-range missiles that could target Moscow as being "very serious, if not overwhelming". He continued: "Of course, this is an unfriendly act towards Russia , this is an obvious thing, and it does not strengthen Russian-American relations, which have just begun to recover. Of course, with such actions the US administration damages Russian-American relations. "This, of course, is an attempt to put pressure on Russia; but no self-respecting country and no self-respecting people ever decide anything under pressure," he added. "And, of course, Russia has such a privilege to feel and consider itself on this list of self-respecting countries and peoples." Meanwhile, during Putin's concerning delivery to the media in Russia, Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in Britain, meeting with not only Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer , but also King Charles . At a lavish ceremony at Windsor, Zelenskyy inspected troops before meeting with the monarch, which only highlighted Britain's commitment to standing with Ukraine. After that, he headed to Downing Street where he met with the Prime Minister, as well as other European leaders to discuss the potential for more military support to stave off Russian aggression. The so-called "Coalition of the Willing" will have further meetings in due course about what it can do to keep Ukraine going. Meanwhile, tensions have begun to rise once again between Zelenskyy and Trump after a disastrous meeting in Washington last week, after Ukraine's leader asked for long-range missiles to use against Russia. Trump had also been set to meet Putin in Hungary for a second summit, but this has been put on hold.
