LAHORE – Another exciting news for students across Punjab as Maryam Nawaz led government has rolled out internship program offering chance to get experience and thats with monthly payments. Under the new initiative, candidates can get real teaching experience along with a handsome monthly stipend of up to Rs65,000. More than 8,000 intern teachers will be financially supported, who will get between Rs55,000 to Rs. 65,000 per month, a great opportunity for students to learn, earn, and grow at the same time! Punjab Paid Internship for Students At the end of this program, all participants will get official experience certificates, a valuable addition to their professional portfolio, giving them a competitive edge in future job opportunities. The government also ensured equal opportunities for everyone by reserving 404 seats for religious minorities, 243 seats for persons with disabilities, and 40 seats for transgender individuals. To make this vision a reality, the Punjab government has allocated a budget of Rs. 4.217 billion, covering stipends and all administrative expenses. Punjab government officials are optimistic that the program aims to support young graduates financially, encourage their active participation in teaching, and prepare them for long-term careers in education. With financial support, experience, and recognition all in one package, this internship program is set to become a game-changer for students across the country’s most populous region.
