A pundit believes that Enzo Maresca has tweaked one tactic to a more old school style tactic this season. I also happen to agree with him as well, and we’ve been seeing it in many more Chelsea games this season. Last season, Maresca was quoted as saying that he would take off a goalkeeper if they decided to kick long. They have to follow the plan.” But now, has he changed that strict request? Because Cundy, myself, and many others have noticed that Robert Sanchez now has much more freedom to play long this season and he has been doing exactly that too. It’s been positive and has had some really benefits including being a good attacking tool for Chelsea being able to set them on the counter attack quick and be up the other end within seconds.
