The Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee has issued its judgment in the matter involving Yadah FC, its representatives and the Club’s Executive member Spencer Muvadi following the assault on Yadah FC goalkeeper, Godknows Gurure after their match against Ngezi Platinum Stars FC played on 22 August 2025 at the Heart stadium.
Muvadi was found guilty of breaching the PSL Rules and Regulations and fined US $4,000, together with the costs of the hearing.
Muvadi has also been banned for a period of one year from conducting football business for Yadah FC or any other club participating in the Premier Soccer League, including holding any official position.
He was further barred from attending any matches under the jurisdiction of the Premier Soccer League for the same period.
These sanctions are effective immediately.
Yadah FC were also found guilty of contravening the PSL Rules & Regulations and were fined a sum of US $5,000 together with the costs of the hearing, which must be paid within fifteen days from the date of the judgment.
