Thirteen schools in Prince George’s County, Maryland, were named as some of the healthiest in the U.S. in a new report by the .
Springhill Lake Elementary School received the 2025 All-Star Award, making it just one of 168 schools nationwide to earn the distinction. The organization looks at these categories when deciding what schools meet the criteria: nutrition, food access, physical education, school health services, staff well-being and community engagement.
