Prince Dickson Unveils Project GIANT To Rebuild Nigeria Through History, Culture

Victor Prince Dickson, popularly known as The Transformer and Visioneer of the National Cake Game, has launched Project GIANT, which stands for ‘Generations Inspired, Awaken for a Better Tomorrow’.

This bold, multi-generational initiative aims to rebuild Nigeria by harnessing history, culture, and collective responsibility.

Speaking during the private unveiling of the National Cake Game in Abuja, Dickson warned that Nigeria was at a defining moment in its history.

“Nigeria is facing a challenge, not just a challenge. Nigeria is at that point where if we take it for granted, Nigeria may implode very soon,” he said.

He further noted the dangers of unmanaged societal tensions.

“When the human mind gets very angry with conflict, a crisis will occur if you don’t manage it. If you don’t manage a crisis, chaos will come. So if you want to avoid chaos, manage the conflict,” he added.

According to Dickson, the country’s long-standing stumbling block has been a unifying national vision.

“If you challenge a Nigerian and ask them what a Nigerian dream is, they don’t have one. Now, we don’t have a vision. Why don’t we have that vision? Because we don’t know our history. That’s where the problem is,” he said.

Dickson unveiled the National Cake Game under his parent company, Alpha Kulture, to tackle this gap. The board game chronicles 160 historical events and policies shaping Nigeria up to 2025, projecting 40 possible events from 2025 to 2075. Packaged in an interactive format, it fosters learning among young people, families, and schools.

“Young people peer-to-peer can learn, families can learn, schools can learn,” Dickson explained. “Rather than doing a master class or a conference on building Nigeria, I have successfully carried that discussion into people’s homes.”

The game is part of a larger ecosystem that includes the National Oven (an online community), the Nigerian Dream Magazine, and the National Cake Championship.

Dickson emphasised the importance of generational collaboration in building a new Nigeria.

“The older one will come with their wisdom, the youth will come with their strength, and then the new generation is the one that is opportune for you to build them to become. So these three must work together.”

Special guest Pastor Ketandu Oje praised the vision behind the project.

“When the name of the national cake comes up, it’s exciting. In this nation, where you hear about the national cake, everyone thinks about what to take for themselves. But what we are talking about here is being able to bring about the original picture of a united nation,” he said.

He added that the historical coverage embedded in the game could “bring everybody on board” and foster national unity.

Oluwatobi Olabode, a member of the National Cake team, also introduced Alpha Kulture as a transformative enterprise reshaping culture through gamification.

“Alpha Kulture is a forward-thinking enterprise dedicated to remodelling the building blocks of society—culture, mindset, identity, and language—through the strategic use of games and gamification,” he said. “Games provide an effective tool for shaping culture, strengthening identity, and fostering lasting change.”

Dickson outlined ambitious adoption goals for the project.

“Our target in two years is that 1,000 schools should have this. 50,000 families should have this, at least in two years. So that’s our target, and that’s why we are now appealing to people to join us to push this dream forward.”

He called on government and private stakeholders to integrate the initiative into Nigeria’s educational and cultural framework.

“History is back, but which books and tools are we using to teach it? Therefore, I’m offering this now as a tool to teach that history that is back. Anyone with vision knows this is an answer to solve most Nigerian problems.”

Alpha Kulture, founded by Victor Prince Dickson, integrates play, design, and psychology into cultural innovation. With a mission to inspire nations toward growth, justice, moral excellence, and innovation, the enterprise uses gamification as a powerful tool to remodel mindsets, reshape identity, and rewrite narratives.
