President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, who’s participating in the 8th edition of the Paris Peace Forum, said on social media at around 11:30 am on Wednesday that she expected discussions that would contribute to solving the most pressing global problems. She added in the post that she was honoured to be part of the opening of the Forum. Later that day, she took part in a session on youth and the Balkans’ European perspective. As the President stressed, EU integration cannot be a diktat, that is, it is a dialogue. Also, she underlined the importance of regional cooperation. Also, Siljanovska Davkova emphasised that what was strange is that the rules had been changed in 2019, mid-game, “which is unusual with regards to sports matches and political negotiations because a new methodology was introduced”.
