This directive aims to ensure full transparency and accountability regarding financial management related to the event. The decision follows growing public and parliamentary concern over the large budget allocated for the Games. The overall expenditure amounted to $245 million, a figure that has sparked debates over how funds were distributed and utilized during the organization of the continental sporting event. Detailed budget breakdowns reveal that approximately $195 million was directed towards infrastructure development, upgrading sports facilities, and related construction works necessary for hosting the Games. Feeding athletes accounted for $15 million, covering meals and nutrition during the competition period. Operational costs, including transportation, logistics, and event management, consumed around $48 million.
