An official from the treatment drug court said Chelsea was in violation due to sexual assault allegations; no further details were provided, per the outlet. Additionally, Chelsea had “not shown significant progress in the treatment drug program,” Us Weekly reported. In a statement to People, O’Donnell said, “I have compassion for those struggling with addiction—Chelsea was born into addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her four young children. Healing and recovery are possible ❤️🩹🙏🏽.” Between September and December 2024, Chelsea was arrested three times in Wisconsin. A September incident resulted in felony charges for child neglect and methamphetamine possession. She was arrested a second time the following month for bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of methamphetamine. In November, Chelsea was arrested yet again for possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping and possession of narcotic drugs.
