Prabhas’s much-awaited film The Raja Saab trailer release date is finally announced along with a brand-new poster. The update has sent social media into a frenzy, with excitement building up for what promises to be one of the year’s biggest releases. However, it was reported that the film will not be released this year. But an official confirmation is still awaited.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Prabhas shared the new poster and revealed the trailer release date. The trailer will be out on September 29. The new poster also features Sanjay Dutt’s new look. Quickly fans flooded the comment section. One of the fans wrote, “Rajasaab everywhere.’ Many dropped fire emojis.

Producer Shares Big Update On Prabhas Starrer Releasing In 2026?
The 123 Telugu mentioned that in the recent interview producer TG Vishwa Prasad revealed the team’s current release plan. He said they are planning to release the movie on January 9, 2026, to take advantage of the Sankranthi season, adding that it was a request from people involved in the film’s business. He also mentioned that Bollywood buyers are insisting on sticking with the December 5, 2025 release. A few songs and some patchwork are yet to be completed, the producer added. Sanjay Dutt’s first look
Recently, Prabhas shared the first regal look of Sanjay Dutt. “Wishing the ever-inspiring Sanjay Dutt sir a very happy birthday! Joining Prabhas in this supernatural entertainer are Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Ridhi Kumar, who play key roles.
About the film
The Raja Saab is touted to be a horror-comedy, marking a genre break for Prabhas after having featured in action or fantasy dramas in the past few years. The film features a Haveli that’s unlike anything seen before in Indian cinema. This grand set, spanning 41,256 sq ft, is officially the largest horror set ever constructed in India.
The film is also expected to make a big splash in the Hindi market. However, it won’t have the date all to itself as in Bollywood, it’s heading for a box office face-off with Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming film starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, which is also set to release on the same day.
