The Jigger 'Miner' Island, near Brownhills High Street, has been decorated with poppies and flags ahead of the Brownhills Remembrance Day event on Sunday. Members of the community were spotted placing 'lest we forget' flags and poppies on the Miner Island statue to help remember those who sacrificed in Britain's conflicts.
