Police have confirmed there is not believed to be any 'third-party involvement' in the death of a man in Wythenshawe . The man was sadly found dead outside Birch Tree Court on Rowlandsway on Sunday evening (October 19). A cordon was put in place and a forensic tent was erected outside the flats as emergency crews responded at around 6.15pm. A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said officers were called to the scene over 'reports of a concern for welfare'. Tragically the man was pronounced dead on the scene by emergency services. The Manchester Evening News understands that his death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage. In a previous statement, police said: "We were called around 6.15pm to reports of a concern for welfare.
